Siblings Fanny Köhler (born 1999, Sweden) and Felix Christiansson (born 1996, Sweden) form AXGATAN, an artistic duo working across painting, sculpture, text and installation.

Felix is based in Malmö and Fanny in Rome, so the practice moves like a tide between close connection and distant trust. Working together means deciding what to hold onto and what to let go of.

The collaboration questions artistic production, control, individuality and ownership. Authorship is shared, and each work is shaped by an exchange that neither artist fully directs alone.
